• For  Bachelor booking rooms above ₹3000/month, The service charge is between 10% to 15% of 1st month’s rent (One-time service fee)

•  For Family rooms bookings above ₹3000/month, we charge between 20% to 25% of 1st month’s rent, depending on property type, location & also depend on moving date (One-time service charge)

•  No service charge for students booking rooms under ₹3000/month beyond ₹99 only.

•  No repeated or monthly fees – only one-time commission.

•  For Landlords – It’s 100% Free;

•  We do not charge any service fees from landlords for listing or renting out their property.
